Visitors frequently praise the friendly and accommodating staff, with specific mentions of breakfast attendants like Antoine, Keila, and Ciera. However, a common complaint is the thin walls, leading to noise disturbances from neighboring rooms.

Visiting family and really enjoyed this hotel. Sparkling clean, easy checkin/checkout and a great breakfast included. Staff was super friendly and location was convenient as well. Will definitely choose this hotel again! Thanks for a great experience!
We were there for the hospital but the people and service was outstanding.
This hotel is the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen. First of all when checking in, I had two bookings. They started telling me I only had one when my booking clearly stated that I had two. After that they started telling me they’re understaffed and that they don’t have anyone else to help me. And they told me to call the Hyatt hotline number, so where should I sleep on the floor? Finally some lady comes in, no hi, no how are you. Just “what’s seems to be the problem.” You. You’re the problem. After that, I asked if we could get extra blankets and a pillow and the front desk lady told me she doesn’t know where to get them from. After that I asked if she could send someone upstairs to pull the bed out for us and she told us no. THEN when we get to the room the pullout couch sheets had crumbs ALL over it. That was disappointing and disgusting. And then I was leaving and I asked the house keepers a question and they completely ignored me. Don’t come here!! Horrible service, disgusting hotel.
After paying for our room, our floor became filled with smoke due to another guest, and the hotel was unable to relocate us or confirm a refund, citing it as a comfort issue rather than a safety concern. Despite repeated attempts to reach the manager over the following weeks, we received no follow-up or accountability, and only received a refund through our credit card company. For those who are considering this hotel, please beware. The managers name is Lance, and the hostess that was also responsible was Danielle. To all those who were treated in this fashion, and no accountability was taken, please make a quick prayer to God alone that He takes care of your affairs and to leave this type of shameless behavior and injustice in His hands. One day they will be held accountable for their lack of responsibility and accountability, whether in this life or the next. When anyone of you sees something evil, let them change it with their hands (if they are in a position of authority), if not then with their tongue (like I’m doing here by posting a review), and if not, then the least is to hate it within their hearts.
Overall a great experience and beautiful property- specifically the lobby. I had the opportunity to have an extended chat with Will, the buildings maintenance lead, who was just an absolute charm. He seemed like he sincerely wanted to make that I was as comfortable as possible during my stay and there’s nothing one can ask for out of hotel staff than that. Thank you so much!
Loved my stay in a suite. Very clean, very comfortable bed. Great value. Kyla at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly! Terrific location within 5 minutes to Downtown Birmingham and 5 minutes to Downtown Royal Oak. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ plus stay!
