Massage service was okay. I paid $90 for one hour and tipped $15 (around 17%), which is reasonable. However, the staff was unhappy and demanded a $30 tip, which made me very uncomfortable. Tips should be voluntary, not forced. I won’t be returning

would not recommend!! Definitely the worst massage I ever got. and that’s saying something because I get massages all the time. I paid $180 plus a $15 tip for the worst service. it felt like the massage therapist was trying to pass time by going in boring repeated motions obsessively for straight 10 mins in one spot. or she was obsessively trying to remove knots and even though I was telling her I want her to move on and that hurts she proceeds to do the same on the other side and then some more. there was no variety in movements so the massage is enjoyable. it was either painful or I didn’t feel much and for the FIRST time ever I wanted the massage to just end.

I've been coming to this place at least once a month for two years, and honestly, it's always been a clean, discreet place with relaxing music and atmosphere. The reception is friendly, and at the end, they offer me a free green tea and sometimes a banana. My masseur, Tom, is the best; he always leaves my body relaxed and stress-free! I recommend it 100%.

I went this place today and they suggested that 1 hour package is for 90$ for which I agreed and when the massage was over, they asked me for 30% tip which was not mentioned anywhere. Also the massage is not given by any professional. I really didn’t like the vibe and the people. Wasted 100$ on this thing, don’t make that mistake.

Behave yourself. They have a crew that popps in if you fail to do so. Interesting method of crowd control. Good times tho. Always a relaxing experience you'll find yourself happy that you came...here.

Lady in front desk no good never come back.

After weeks of going through stress and job burnout at work, Holly D. did a great job massaging the knots in my muscles, stretching my joints, and putting more pressure on my back. After the session I felt relaxed after walking out.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. The short lady at the front desk was incredibly rude and unprofessional, lacking basic customer service skills. To make matters worse, she seemed to expect a large tip, despite her poor behavior. At one point, she even told me not to come back. I’ve visited many places in this area, but this was by far the worst. I highly recommend avoiding this place to spare yourself a negative experience.
