Walked in to the hotel and no one was at the reception. I was then given one of the furthest rooms only to get there and was given a key that didn't work. Once entered the room I was greeted with bugs crawling. Overall horrible experience. I do not recommend. Stay clear at all costs. Waste of 90 dollars! Thank me later! :)

Really great place. Very quaint. I'm not from the area, but if I ever came out this way again I'd stay here. The room was nice, and every staff person I interacted with was super nice and friendly.

Terrible experience from start to finish. The room was not very clean, several things were in poor condition, and the staff were unhelpful whenever we had questions or concerns. Customer service was disappointing and made the stay even more frustrating. The worst part was that police were on site looking for a trespasser and were loudly knocking on guest room doors while trying to locate the person. It was disruptive, unsettling, and definitely not something you expect when staying at a hotel. Overall, the hotel felt poorly managed and not worth the money. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, my co-worker and I showed up to check in after work. We got there and the San Jose police department was staging to remove someone RIGHT FROM LOBBY definitely didn’t seem like a great place to stay. We asked for a refund which they denied because they said it was due to booking.com. We were able to get ahold of booking and they said they would contact the property and ask them to make an exception due to circumstances. The management team DENIED THE REQUEST. I believe the manager was sitting in “sales office” absolutely giving us the dirtiest look. For a business that works in hospitality they seemed to be very inhospitable

A terrible experience. We had a confirmed and fully paid reservation for two rooms and eight people, including children. Upon arrival, minutes before check-in, they informed us that the reservation had been canceled due to an event in the area and asked us to pay double the agreed-upon price. This forced us to find accommodations outside of San José, paying much higher rates and causing a major inconvenience for the entire family. A complete lack of responsibility and professionalism. The hotel doesn't understand the concept of a reservation and prioritizes money over the well-being of its guests. Those are their two core values.
