Comfortable, clean and convenient.

The staff were kind and gave me my room key even though it was before check-in time. Also, when I got lost and couldn't find my room, a cleaning staff member helped me. The room wasn't very clean. There were clumps of dirt or pieces of mulch scattered on the floor. If they had vacuumed, those things shouldn't have been there. Also, the shower floor and walls were dirty and showed no signs of cleaning. However, the price is cheap, so it's recommended if you want to save on travel expenses.

Very clean room and friendly helpful staff. We appreciated the early check-in option and 24/7 coffee. The breakfast was adequate and very helpful for early airport departure. Very close to the airport and the hotel provides ride-share transportation in lieu of a designated shuttle. It worked perfectly. The location is in a business/industrial area which is fine but San Jose apparently doesn’t believe in pedestrian safety, as there were little and mostly no sidewalks when we walked two blocks to an amazing salad place (The Good Salad). This obviously is not the fault of the hotel. We had a great stay.

Zero stars for this hotel 0/10!!! I stayed there for work I had my work van broken into they stole all my tools. The workers did not do anything to help (suspicious) I wouldn’t recommend this hotel on my worst enemy!!

It's the La Quinta remodeled. I'm not happy with the outside room, I didn't expect it to be a motel.

Great place for the price. Be advised, side street has a few RV parked...locals call it the rolling gardens.

This place gave my room away because they are greedy. I was working for Nvidia GTC and checked into my room on the app beforehand. When I got to the hotel in the evening they had given my room away. They never contacted me to find another room, and when I called customer service they tried to charge me an extra $800 for another room in the area. They also cancelled my reservation and charged my employer as if chose to cancel. Don't trust any reservation for this place during a conference, because these scammy people will give your room away for the highest bidder.

Worst Experience Ever I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties, but this was by far the most disappointing. The hotel is located in a questionable industrial area—surrounded by collision shops, supply warehouses, and at the end of an airport runway, making it extremely noisy. The room was in poor condition: visible gaps in the door, worn carpet, subpar paint, and an unclean bathroom with the sink oddly placed outside of the bathrrom.. Storage space was minimal. Amenities were unacceptable. The “gym” consisted of a single treadmill. A groundskeeper was blowing debris into the pool. The continental breakfast was inadequate, forcing me to spend extra money elsewhere, including finding a proper gym. The worst part: I found a two-inch cockroach in my room. I reported it, and nothing was done. I tried to switch hotels, but everything nearby was fully booked. This stay ended up costing me more money and significant frustration. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to any Hilton property.The Worse Experience Ever. I have stayed at many Hiltons in the past and have never been so disappointed. First in a very questionable neighborhood between the Caliber Collison, Pipe Fitting Supply and other industrial buidling. At the end of the Airport which made it very noisy. There were gaps in the doors to the rooms. Carpet and Painting was questionable. The bathrooms were not very clean and the sinks were outside the bathroom. Very little storage. The gym was a joke, 1 treadmill. The grounds person was blowing leaves into the pool. Continental breakfast was ridiculous. I ended up losing money staying there between having to get breakfast, finding a gym. But the topper was when I entered the room to find a 2 inch cockroach. I reported it and nothing was done. Try to change Hotels but everything was booked. Will not stay at a Hilton property again based on this experience.

Way better options for comprable prices! I agree with another comment that they just slapped some paint on the walls and renamed the hotel. Front desk is a mixed bag 1 employee is absolutely the worst and others are friendlier. The location is horrible and not accessible by public transportation. The bed and pillows were okay for the price. Had to contact the desk a few times to get housekeeping to clean my room.
