Rooms are alright, though the carpet isn’t perfectly clean. The biggest problem is that if you book your room with Hilton points, you cannot get any refund for early checkout (Hilton says to ask the hotel to put a request, the hotel says they can’t do that). Right across the street from the Karina light rail station.

Room was an average Hampton Inn room, no complaints about the room itself. The reason I am giving it a low rating for service is because I’d forgotten an item in my room, called back a few hours after I’d checked out, they said they couldn’t do anything because housekeeping wasn’t available so call back tomorrow. When I did, I got transferred twice, and they reported back housekeeping didn’t find anything. I know for a fact I left it there but couldn’t come back to get it after I’d departed the area. The individual I spoke to said they’d give me a call back, but I never received another call. So, I called once more, didn’t get any answers, and just had to come to terms it was a lost item. Really disappointed with that experience.

Had a horrible experience here. Owner Mohammed Nadeem was extremely rude to us living there for a long stay as a family. Subpar service from the staff too.

Crappy hotel, you have to pay for parking, even if you're a guest. I pulled in the parking lot and there was 8 cop cars there arresting someone.

I travel a lot, and this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Don’t be the last person to arrive for the night even if you have a CONFIRMED reservation, your room may have been given to someone else. Even if you speak to an employee 6 hours prior to your arrival and let them know you will not be arriving until 10:30PM and they assure you that’s no problem, your room may not be available. They will not call you to inform you of this situation before you arrive. They will inform you when you walk into the hotel that they have moved you to a SUB STANDARD hotel (that is not even a Hilton property) and then ask you to wait 30 minutes before they can drive you to this hotel. Buyer Beware
