What reviewers say

Visitors consistently praise the Foley House Inn's unbeatable location, friendly and helpful staff, and very nice breakfast. However, a common complaint is the lack of an elevator, requiring guests to manage stairs, and one reviewer was unhappy with being placed in the carriage house instead of an inn room.

Breakfast included is not great but will do. Rooms and location great. No paranormal activity encountered. Not for the party people quiet and cozy experience. 2per room so hydro get2 rooms so it can get pricey.

If you stay in Savannah, the Foley House Inn is THE place. The rooms are designed with the most stunning charm. Chuck and DeeDee made us feel so welcome. She is so kind and he is an absolute hoot.

Bed and "breakfast." Firstly, I just want to say the staff here at Foley House are all amazing people and my review is no fault of theirs one bit, but rather "corporate" dropping the ball. Mrs. Dee Dee is absolutely amazing and helpful with her knowledge of Savannah and where to visit. I put "breakfast" in quotations because if youre coming for a BnB experience, I would say to look elsewhere. Breakfast here consists of previously frozen "omelets," small ramekin dishes with chopped fruits and granola, pre packaged oatmeal, some crossiants and one breakfast meat. The exact same that you would find at the Holiday Inn Express off Bay St. At least they have the automatic pancake maker or waffle maker in their offerings. Highly unsatisfied with that option. Hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous. Clean, safe, and beautiful. Centrally located with 10 minute walks to each River St and Forsythe Park. Would've been 5 stars if they would just spend the money to have someone actually make a fresh breakfast for their customers. Idk if i will be back. I get the same "bed" in cheaper hotels with more breakfast selections.

This was a lovely stay! We stayed in the carriage house. Our room was fairly simple but still very nice. The bed and bedding appeared new, and was clean and comfortable. If (when) we come back, we'd probably choose one of the more luxurious rooms in the main house. The courtyard garden is gorgeous and serene - perfect for sipping your morning coffee with a book. Breakfast was solid - omelet, meat, fruit, muffins, croissants, yogurt. Felt very fancy eating in the formal dining area. Service at the front desk was fantastic. They validate parking at the Liberty Parking Deck - you will pay half of what is posted by the garage. The location is central, everything we wanted to see was pretty much walkable, yet it never felt loud or rowdy.
