Extended Stay America Suites- Phoenix - Scottsdale - Old Town

The sheets were stained. Bedding was stained. Mold on the mattress cover. The picture on the website is miss leading. They need to clean better. Would never stay there again!

Got taken for almost $1000, had a 90 day reservation set up thru Extended Stay America. Miss Lillian canceled it!!! Said she was saving me money..... 45 yrs in Aerospace, 30+ in Leadership. Learned, if someone's the type to pull one wrong thing "They will pull a ton of others".... We either do right or we don't!!!! My total Stay was 125 days, love the area and this place is in a perfect spot to walk to all kinds of great places..... While having 1 room booked 125 days "most of those days, the parking lot only had roughly 10 cars in it, cept weekends". Miss Lillian thought she'd cancel my reservation and charge me more over my time.... Not in the Hotel Business, but I'm thinking it doesn't make since to burn bridges with your customers "but what do I know"?? Even told her I planned to return around the same time each year, for about the same amount of time. She didn't care & it felt like a power thing to me??? Tried to work it thru BBB "someone at ESA kept lying to them and saying we worked it out, I kept letting them know I've not talked to anyone and couldn't get a return call from ESA Corporate Office either". In time, BBB has to close the case... Thinking Miss Lillian or maybe ESA knows how it all works, can't tell "never heard from Corporate"??? I also contacted AZs Attorney General. They got no reply from ESA, and could not do anything either... My plan now. Return come November, if Miss Lillian still works at this location? Ill stay elsewhere, while I sue for my losses. If she's gone, I'll likely stay another 3-4 months at this location n return to this location for years to come. "Providing I don't feel I'm being taken again?".... We shall see???? As far as my recommendation. Great location, but watch youself... Best of luck to ya'll n best of luck to this ESA "cuz doesn't look like it's making the $$ it could???"....

My husband, William was recently hit by a car a block from our Extended Stay room hit-and-run. I’m in a wheelchair. I was terrified didn’t know where he was for eight hours the management here the entire staff have done nothing but help me. I love my room. I love the location, but mostly I love the staff From the district manager, Tony, the manager, Lily, and the assistant manager, Nandy maintenance Carlos Teresa, Austin, Sheridan, and Jessica have been phenomenal. They keep my room clean. They’re always helpful even before the accident. I can’t see enough nice things. Thanks for listening Dawn. I haven’t written anything about this place in a while, but I want everybody to listen. I’ve stayed at some of the best hotels in this country the Chase Plaza, the Peabody, The Phister in Milwaukee the Drake In Chicago where I’m fromall of their staff could learn something from the staff here they go above and beyond anything anyone should have to do for the people to stay here. They were harder than any employees I’ve ever seen. They actually care about the people who stay here which is really hard to find anywhere regardless of the business from corporate down to housekeeping, and I can name all of them if everybody wanted me to, but they all know who they are. They are great and anybody who says otherwise isn’t looking very hard. Thank you for listening. again, I want you to know how great the staff is here. The location is perfect. If you’re elderly, they take really good care of you and the hospital is really close by the hotel itself is wonderful thank you if ever take the employees away from here it will fall apart

This is a comfortable, affordable room and kitchenette situation. I was so happy with the location, Old Scottsdale is walking distance and everything is within a couple of blocks. I rented a scooter and went the two miles over to Papago Park and went for a hike too. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and had some things on hand I had forgotten to pack. Thomas at check-in was a great help and I had a good experience!

Thomas is the best and goes out of his way to make everything feel at home .
