What reviewers say

Visitors frequently praise the beautiful property, stylish rooms, and helpful staff, often highlighting the secluded feel despite the central location. However, some guests found the rooms to be a bit warm with light that couldn't be fully blocked out, and a few noted that food options and restaurant closing times were limited.

A heartfelt thank you for an unforgettable anniversary stay! To the ENTIRE staff at Andaz,I am writing to share feedback from our recent stay. To put it simply, your resort left me completely speechless. From the moment we arrived, we felt totally catered to and pampered. I want to extend a special note of appreciation for Adrian. He was far more than welcoming; he was an essential part of making our wedding anniversary the dream experience we had hoped for. His exceptional service and warmth truly stood out. As much as I want to gatekeep this paradise, the truth is that any adult or couple should experience the absolute gem that is the Andaz resort. We hope to come back every year to mark our love's journey with a resort that genuinely makes you feel timeless and luxurious. Thank you again to your entire team, and especially to Adrian, for an unforgettable milestone celebration.

Great place to stay with the wife as a get away! Excellent and quick service. They respond to any request right away! Pool was clean with plenty of space. Easy self park, food was tasty, and resort is a great place for adults. Not many kids and more adult vibe.

If you are traveling with a pet to Scottsdale and and you are looking for a nice little secluded getaway you should consider booking the Andaz Scottsdale Resort and Bungalows. The check in area is more of a lounge and they do offer a welcome drink. The grounds of the resort are large. There were multiple areas for guests to sit and relax. It was very nice to be able to walk Bingo around the property. Bingo also loved running around on the grass. The resort had multiple dog bag dispensers available throughout the property with trash cans next to them. At night the paths were nicely lit which was wonderful for Bingo to walk around. Each of the suites has a cute front patio to sit outside of your bungalow and relax. Inside the room, the Andaz even provided bowls for Bingo which is a very nice touch. The room is very spacious with a seating area to relax. The bathroom was very large with a separate toilet, a vanity and large shower. It was well stocked with toiletries, towels and bathrobes. The mini bar has a Keurig machine and also stock with multiple items for you to use and purchase. There is also a refrigerator stocked with cold drinks and sparkling water for purchase and a safe. Overall, the room was very spacious and clean. It was amazing to be able to walk and bring Bingo almost anywhere I went on the resort. This is an amazing hotel to visit if you have pets.

I normally think very positively of the Andaz brand, but this is just not my scene. Had to kill a dozen bugs in our room over the course of a long weekend, even though we kept our doors closed the entire time. Outside was always too hot, with not enough shade, and indoor public spaces were always kept too cold. Landscaping was nice, at least, and the rooms generally well appointed. I would have ranked service much higher because most of the staff we interacted with were lovely, but as we were leaving, the valets just chatted in the shade and watched as we struggled to load our own luggage into the trunk of our ride to the airport. Jerks.
