Westwood Motel

Very nice place to stay.people over there is helpfull. We had a pleasant experience for a week.

My brother was traveling and needed a place to stay. I called and requested a room for him for for 2 nights ($75x2-$155 overpriced). He arrived friday around 9pm and I gave my debit card info over the phone. I called again to make sure my card would not be charged for anything extra. He had a medical emergency and left the motel around 12, a little over check out time. When I noticed my card was charged another $75, I called and the man I spoke to was very rude. He took advantage of a very horrible situation. I called my bank today and opened a claim for investigation. I can't believe how rude and nasty this man was over the phone. At first he said that someone called and requested another night and than he said well your brother left late. Even though it wasn't by much and he was waiting for help. He checked in very late friday. I don't know who owns this motel but they should know this situation and how horrible this man delt with it.

Bedbugs was in Room 105 I took pictures n recordings n sho them n they wanted me out I paid for a week stay
