Good in concept. Myself, along with multiple people (some friends, but mostly acquaintances) have come out feeling unseen by the staff as they don't understand to differentiate drama and actual issues. For a center that deals with people they shouldn't be so conflict avoidant. That is a genuine concern multiple (including those who have worked there) have verbalized. This is a support space for 13-24 year old LGBT members. I think it would be logical for one of their staff to be a licenced counselor. That would balance the energy out and provide a reliable listener who could possibly even aid in conflict resolution. An alternate to staff just kicking out a supposed scapegoat (which has happened to a depressing amount of people).
