I booked here because we received a discount as a CNY patient, but I am happy we did because this is beautiful location. I love that they are super pet friendly, no pet fees, and they have a beautiful property with lots of areas to walk our dog. I find that a lot of hotels aren't as welcoming but here you can sit outside and enjoy your breakfast in the morning with your fur baby right beside you. The hotel ambience is very relaxing, the rooms are clean with a nice bed and shower, making travel a lot more enjoyable and comfortable. The customers service is exceptional, and Ty at the front desk welcomed us with open arms when we arrived and made us feel at home. I will always look for a Aloft hotel now when we travel.

While our 7 night sty was nice, there were a few things about this hotel that have convince me to stay somewhere else in the future. First, the front desk staff was amazing. They were very friendly and courteous. The rooms were good, but a microwave would have been a nice touch. Parking is available wither on the street adjacent to the hotel, or across the street in a hotel lot. After returning to our room on the 3rd day, and it had not been serviced, i called the front desk. They informed me that the service schedule was for every other day. Since this was my 3re day there without service, she asked if I wanted to request to have room serviced the next day. Of course I said yes. Returning the night o the 4th day, the room was still not serviced. I went down to the front desk and spoke to the clerk. I told her that we had no towels, no toilet paper, and the trash cans were overflowing. She said to just put the cans out in the hall, and she would sent up towels and toilet paper. I asked what would I do with today's trash with the cans in the hall. She found someone to empty the trash and bring towels and TP. Upon leaving the morning of the 5the day, i stopped by the front desk and again pleaded to have someone clean and service the room. Returning that night, the room had been serviced. I stayed 7 nights and had the room cleaned only TWICE!. Totally unacceptable, even though everyone was nice.

Room was clean but not ‘put together’ for instance pillows were not on the bed, so seemed half done. Pool is extremely small. AC was very loud turning on and off all night. For almost $400/night you would think some sort of breakfast would be included. Not the case. The worst part was the fire alarm at 3:30 for seemingly no reason. Had to evacuate. Fire fighters came quick and left just as quick. We are tired, hungry and out $400
