This is a very quiet and relaxing place to stay. The area is a bit rough, but im not gonna blame them for that. The staff is very calm and respectful. I would love to come back again! My next trip going back to Syracuse, I will be coming back to this place!

This place is a disaster! Straight up dump! The room smell like mold and a wet dirty rug!! I was totally disappointing. Fake advertising because this place is a motel! Not a hotel! The reservation guy was very nice and validated my feelings! Homeless people sleeping in the streets next to this so called hotel!!! Horrible

Great location for walking to restaurants. Clean, quiet and breakfast included. Millie is a pleasure to deal with.

Mili is great and very friendly as well as helpful during graduation week!

Spent about 5 nights and the main thing that stood out for me that I will leave remembering was the service from Mili at the front desk. She welcomed me, made check in easy and sorted out any issue I flagged. She consistently asked if there was anything she could do to make my stay better! That is 5 star service and I would stay at this hotel again because of her!
