The BEST IN THE NORTH WEST!!!, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

I really enjoyed my stay. This hotel has a heated pool, jacuzzi, restaurant, bar and a versatile furniture. The oval desk on wheels is my favorite. I used it to eat, do work and craft. There's a microwave and small fridge and the lights makeup mirror in the bathroom was so good I'm going to miss it

Honestly, for the price, I'll probably never stay anywhere else again. However, they don't have any smoking rooms which is extremely lame & the pool area is WAY to hot. Like dangerously hot. When you open the door to the building, the heat causes you to get dizzy & nearly pass out. It's insane. The water temp of the pool is like 5° too warm, but that's not nearly as bad as the building temperature which needs to be lowered like 15° oh and breakfast doesn't come with the room, Its $10, every morning you want to eat. Other than that, the rooms are fantastic, fully stocked kitchen with fullsize fridge, stove, even a dishwasher. But No oven, so don't expect to be baking anything.

The room smelled like a guy's locker room & the tub didn't drain so we stood in nasty water. I mentioned it, hoping to get a new room, but instead, had to wait in my room, unable to be comfortable, while the maintenance man cleared the drain of the nastiest hair ball. See below. Expensive. Will not stay here again.

Friendly staff and comfy beds, but quite noisy Pros: Comfortable bedding: The bed and futon were very comfortable. Great staff: The hotel staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Quiet AC: The air conditioning was quiet and kept the room at a perfect temperature. Room options: Some rooms do not face the highway, which is a plus. Drinks available: Beer is $7 and water is $2. Cons: Not for sensitive sleepers: The walls are thin, and you can clearly hear noises from the hallway. Disappointing pool: The pool area doesn't have a shower or restroom inside. Because of this, there’s no rule to "shower before entering." The pool itself didn't look very clean anyway, so it might not matter to some, but don't expect too much.

Road noise. Tacoma Mall is actually 2.5 miles away.

Lobby staff at the front desk were very nice. I had a room with a King bed, it was a solid room for a one night stay. Great location, several delicious food options nearby and not too bad of traffic.

Well kept hotel. Friendly Staff. The Secret Burger Kitchen has great food.

Couple small issues with the room but nothing major its why its 4 instead of 5 on rooms service was awesome location is cool being close to interstate but also kind of negative of being next to interstate if youre a light sleeper

I recently had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn on March 24th, and I felt compelled to share my experience! The highlight of my visit was definitely the exceptional customer service, particularly from the night manager (I unfortunately didn’t catch his name). His attentiveness and friendliness truly stood out and made my stay even more enjoyable. One of my favorite features of this hotel is the detached building housing the pool area. It’s not common to find a hotel that lets you enjoy the pool until 11:00 PM, which was a delightful surprise! The pool itself is spacious, and the hot tub is simply amazing—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The rooms are great, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay overall. However, I did notice a couple of areas for improvement. It would be fantastic if they could upgrade the TVs in the rooms to smart TVs, as the current setup only offers standard channels. Additionally, a waffle maker at breakfast would elevate the morning experience; it’s a small touch that makes a big difference in hotel breakfasts. Overall, I highly recommend the Holiday Inn for its outstanding service and unique amenities. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay with excellent facilities, this is the place to be!
