The staff at this hotel lead by Eman was exceptional. If you have any issue, she will make it right. The rooms were great and the breakfast is wonderful. One side of the hotel is near the highway, but the other side is quiet and I would recommend.

Staff was great at front desk, especially after we complained about other guests hogging the few luggage carts. One group actually moved their full cart into the breakfast room enjoying the breakfast for at least 30 minutes while we hauled our luggage by hand to the car. Absolutely pathetic fellow guests, one guy actually wearing a Jesus t-shirt. The breakfast attendant mostly sat around playing with her phone instead of stocking or cleaning. The rooms need major renovation, for $180 including a pathetic breakfast I get a modern room and a luxury breakfast featuring local specialties in Europe. The electrical outlets in the room must be original early 2000s, no USB chargers in room. Old carpets, beat up bathrooms. Never again.

When we entered the room the dirty bench was the first thing we saw but the floor also turned my bare feet black. The hotel felt in general like there was a lack of care. The patchwork on the bathroom light was poorly done and the third floor ice machine was broken. The trash left there smelled badly. Leaving the door open to the room with the open laundry chute and electrical panel seemed like a safety issue. The workout equipment was also dated and the treadmill shudders when the speed is increasing. The most concerning thing is that upon checking in I asked for physical room keys and the employee did not ask for my drivers license to verify my identity. He asked for my last name and then told me my first name and then gave me my keys. This happened again the next day with another employee when I was making sure I was checked in for my second night due to having a personal reservation and a business reservation. I don’t know if I have ever been to a hotel that didn’t ask for my ID to verify my identity before just giving out room keys and it felt very unsafe. Based on that alone I wouldn’t return to the property because anyone with my name apparently could have gotten a key to my room.

Great location. A little outdated and run down. People were nice at the desk. Lots of loud banging and noises 12am-2am but who knows what that was, could be anything
