About this place Positive Connections
Positive Connections is the Topeka HIV organisation, formerly the Topeka AIDS Project, at 2044 SW Fillmore Street. It offers free HIV, syphilis and hepatitis C testing, and case management for people living with HIV across north-east Kansas. In October 2024 it launched a mobile testing van that visits events and outlying towns.
Testing hours on Google are Monday to Thursday from 8am (to 7pm on Tuesdays, 5pm otherwise) and Friday mornings; call ahead to check walk-in times. It is the most useful local contact if you need PrEP or testing advice while in town.
