AC Hotel Worcester

Great location, clean and lovely. Don't get the breakfast.

Although I had a confirmation code, front desk couldn’t find my reservation. I went to app and showed them my info, then they suddenly found my reservation. Front desk then announced my room number loudly so anyone could hear - which i fond to be a security risk to me. Rooms are very dark. Furniture is austere.

We had a wonderful experience at AC Hotel in Worcester, MA for the Hopkinton High School Prom 2026! The venue was modern, elegant, and perfectly suited for such a special celebration. The atmosphere felt stylish and welcoming, giving students a beautiful space to enjoy an unforgettable prom night. The AC Hotel team was professional, helpful, and accommodating from start to finish. Their smooth coordination and warm hospitality made everything easy for our team and helped the event run seamlessly. Our photo booth was a big hit with the students, and it was so much fun seeing everyone capture memories from such an exciting milestone. Thank you again to AC Hotel Worcester for having us for Hopkinton High School Prom 2026. We were honored to be part of this celebration and look forward to working together again in the future! 🎓📸✨

I stayed at this hotel on business during a blizzard for two nights. The underground garage was great, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, the food options were well served and prepared. Would absolutely stay here again.

If I could leave zero stars for this experience tonight, I would. I am currently staying at the AC Marriott Worcester and have had one of the most unprofessional hotel experiences I’ve encountered. At the bar, our drinks were made incorrectly and the bartender responded with hostility instead of correcting the issue. The situation escalated to the point where the environment became uncomfortable, with other guests getting involved, which should never happen in a setting like this. It didn’t end there. We returned to our room to find the TV not working, and were told an engineer would need to be contacted—meaning it could not be resolved during our stay tonight. This is NOT a minor inconvenience. This is a combination of service failures that completely disrupted our evening and fell far below the standard expected from a Marriott property. Management needs to address this immediately.

Some of the Front Desk clerks here intentionally mislead. I used mobile check in to complete my reservation process but was told by a Desk clerk that there were no rooms until later that day. Courtyard had rooms and gave me one for the week. Three days later I got a call from AC Worcester asking me if I had checked out early. I explained the reason why I had never checked in at all. She assured me that my account will not be charged but then the next day I saw a $463.53 charge on my business account. I am now working on getting the charge removed.

I travel a lot for work. Literally a different hotel every week. The night shift manager here (Mike I believe was his name) was fantastic. Brought the hospitality back to my hotel stays (which has been lacking the last few months). If I could train other hotels based on his actions I’d have pleasant stays every week. 10/10 would stay again
