The rooms were nice despite the bed and pillows. The bed felt and acted like a hard old school spring mattress and the pillows were way too soft...for me. The top sheet was also tucked all the way under the mattress, almost like they don't want you to use it...which I thought was weird. This was my first time at this location and while the young lady who checked me in was not rude she did not give me the "speech" that you normally get at check in. Like pool location/hours..check out time..wifi information..etc. There was nothing in the room that stated that information either. It was quite busy this weekend but overall it was a decent stay.
Very good hotel
Based on my expectations, the Hilton Garden Inn in Worcester is a solid three-star experience. Staff was very friendly, everything was clean, everything was accessible (Wi-Fi, workout, room, pool, restaurant, etc), and I certainly did not feel nickeled and dimed. I would not hesitate to stay again.
