the front desk Omar guy is horrible. He is with the worst attitude and brings a big disgrace to the brand. He checked in the scammer and helped them to stay with a credit card fraud. Reply: ok now it's more clear that guy even gave me a fake name. Check your shift. My call was Saturday 04/25/2026 02:05PM. Now I strongly doubt that guy who speak for the scammer so much, might have involved in this scam.

Ive stayed here 3 separate times for concerts at the palladium and the DCU center. The walking distance is perfect, with several choices for dinning options. Its always very clean and up to date. Staff is exceptionally friendly as well. Easy to get to right from the highway and parking is available on site for a fee.

Great hotel. I will stay again. What made it great... clean, friendly staff, staff easy to get ahold of if you have questions or need additional "things", breakfast is complementary and good (will share more about that), parking is convenient and there are multiple entry doors. Room - I stayed in a king studio suite, pictured. Based on the website pictures, I assumed there was a room where the king bed was however, in my room, there was not. Everything was in one room. I didn't love that but it was fine. Bed was comfortable, pillows comfortable as well, with multiple choices of pillow size. Kitchen area - enough to cook what we needed while we were there. 2 small burners. You cannot fit 2 large pans or pots on the stove together. Only fits 1 large, 1 small. No stove. The room does have a microwave, large fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The hotel does provide a 4 set of dishes and silverware. They also provide pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils. Paper towels in the holder when we arrived with 1 extra under the sink. Trash cans in the room are small so if you plan to cook, I recommend bringing some large bags for your trash. Bathroom - shower has plenty of room, water pressure is good. The sink is outside of the bathroom which was convenient for us. There is shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel hanging in the shower, and handwash and lotion on the sink. Breakfast - we stayed a total of 4 nights and every morning breakfast was a little different. Plenty of options, both healthy and hearty. Coffee and tea available throughout the day. Water and juice only available during breakfast. Lobby - great to sit in. Clean and roomy. Even during breakfast time when a good amount of people were there.

Service and staff was excellent but I def had a room that was hit with the landlord special! There was obviously some flooding or water damage. The back of the door was warped and bubbly but they just painted over it. The shower head was covered in some sort of substance,I thought mold maybe. They did replace it with a new one but how long had it been like that?! gross! The top right corner of the shower, the seam that meets the wall, had some obvious water damage and i even saw some black substance (large group of tiny black dots) The temp in the room was hard to regulate and I couldn't get into the Peloton software. I should have sent better pics but someone else in our work group who stayed there also mentioned the apparent water damage.

Very nice hotel

Amazing hotel. Clean stocked with towels for days and hotel staff was friendly and attentive. Went for business trip and they made it seamless.

The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was very complete with many options. The pool was great, and the gym was well equipped. The hotel is also in a very good location in Worcester.
