I can not recommend this hotel at all. Staff at the reception was incredibly unfriendly, we did not feel welcome and they made us responsible for a mistake they made. They gave us one room with a bed instead of what we booked on booking.com - a family deluxe room with a kingsize bed and two double beds. They tried to give us a small room 3x times and tried to give us an extra bed (picture) until we showed them our booking again. The response was rude, even though it was the receptions fault. The rooms we got then where ok, nothing special, water didnt run well and one Room had obvious mold in it. In the morning you are not greeted back, the reception does not apologize for the issues and then dare to tell us we have to pay a fine if we do Not Check out at 12.30, even though they noted Check out at 1pm on booking. The only nice people where cleaning staff and portier and one lady from the reception… We did not feel welcome at all, which is weird if you choose to work at the Hotel reception and work with customers ( one Lady was annoyed by everything and did not talk to us, the man was just rude about check out and their mistake) - we would never book this place again.
