Maningue Diversidade

Maningue Diversidade is a youth-led LGBTQ+ collective in Maputo that builds community through workshops, advocacy and social events. In 2026 the group spearheaded plans for Mozambique's first-ever Maputo Pride, under the theme "Nós Existimos" ("We Exist"), with a programme of a Pride march, a Pride run, community dialogues and a vogue night.

The collective keeps no public office and is best reached through its social-media channels. Alongside LAMBDA it represents the younger, more visible face of organising for sexual and gender minorities in the Mozambican capital.
