Exhaust fan didn't work, they forgot to refill the drinking water, wifi connection for casting didn't work, they didn't send the invoice when they were supposed too, but staff were really friendly.

Great rooms good location

Enjoyed my stay at Crowne Plaza Adelaide. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. A few small areas could be improved, but overall it was a pleasant experience and good value.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Adelaide to celebrate Mother's Day in Australia. The room had views of the city and mountains, and the restaurant, bar, and pool are on a high floor with views of the entire city center. Despite the cold weather, my granddaughter played in the heated pool. The service was excellent; Myriam and Andrew, the restaurant staff, were very friendly during breakfast. The hotel is right in the city center, and there are shops, restaurants, the Botanic Gardens, and museums nearby. I highly recommend it!

Great location and a well run property. Excellent service unlike Criwne Plaza Canberra which is a no go zone. Their furniture are a bit too basic and the bath towels must be replaced. A convenient and nice 4 star hotel.
