A great place to stay in Adelaide, very conveniently located being opposite the train station and across the road from the tram.

Here’s your review, tightened up and with the key points landing clearly: 1/5 – Avoid at all costs From the moment I checked in, it was clear something was wrong. The room smelled musty, and it was freezing — only to discover there’s no individual temperature control; all rooms share a central vent system. Reception’s solution was a space heater and an extra blanket, which they did deliver promptly. I appreciated that, but woke from a nap to find the room had swung to 30 degrees with no way to cool it down. The constant airflow from the vent also left me with a sore throat and feeling genuinely unwell — enough that I had to cancel my meetings and sleep in the next day. At that point I had no choice but to check out early. The hotel then charged me for the night I didn’t stay because I checked out “too late.” Remarkable. The noise was a persistent issue too — intrusive while awake and disruptive to sleep throughout the night. I moved to the Majestic Rooftop for the remainder of my trip, which was an entirely different experience. Do yourself a favour and book there instead.

My wife, M.I.L. & I stayed here on 8,9&10 of September 2023. Booking was made directly with Hotel by phone & no problems at all. Arrived at 3pm on the 8/09/23 & check in was very smooth. If in a vehicle ( as we where) you can park at front of hotel before going into the carpark. As requested, the disabled parking area was held in parking. We stayed in Room #506 which is the disabled access room. Ample room in the bathroom & two queen size beds in the room as well. Fridge works ok & the climate control is central so not controlled in the room. Beds were comfortable. The hotel is less than 3 minutes walk from the Railway Station Tram stop. This can take you to Rundle Mall or further. Straight across from the Casino & the location in the CBD is awesome. A short walk to Hindley st or Adelaide Oval.

Disappointed with this Accor hotel. No heating in the room. Mediocre breakfast.

Mixed experience. Location is excellent, price good. Rooms dated but ok. No fitness centre. Worst thing: my room wasn't cleaned at all during my stay, despite putting the request card on my door each day. Given they use sheets which come apart and the towels struggle to dry in winter, it's very disappointing. Damp towels for a few days are not the one.

check in was quick and easy, staff friendly, informative and very accommodating. nice clean tidy room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, good location with a great restaurant next door to hotel. I will definitely stay here again, great value for money and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location to Rundall Mall, train station and Adelaide Convention Centre. Comfy bed - spacious room. Love that there were vending machines in foyers on all levels. The breakfast is not worth the money.

Great location. Decent rooms for a short term stay. Near enough to the city centre, sports grounds, university etc. Hotel a little on the older side but was decently priced.
