It's the best hotel you can ever go to

I am only 1 night in of a three night stay as part of a conference and I am struggling. The staff are lovely, the place is mostly clean. The bathroom smells of sewage and there's a massive cockroach climbing the curtains as I type this at 4am, unable to sleep because there is no independent heating/cooling. Its currently raining and humid AF, despite being winter, and I cannot climate control my room. Also, I can hear every noise from the carpark outside my 4th floor window, nit to mention the pub next door emptying glass into their bins every 2 hours. Not sure if I will get any sleep at all. And mosquitoes. They decided that I was good late night snack option. Obviously weather and mosquitoes are not within the control of the hotel, but maybe some fly screens or traps would have lessened the feasting somewhat. The location is great, but that isn't enough to save it. Oh, and 6 months later the lift is still broken. June 10, 2026. The front reception staff were very kind about the issues I experienced, unfortunately the temperature control was the main issue for me and not something they offer. The building has central heating and cooling so bad luck if it doesnt suit you.

The property was really clean. Amogh( receptionist) was really really nice. He helped us with room upgrade as it was our anniversary. i felt really happy with the way he treated us and went all the way to help us with room upgrade and gave us a fair price as well. i would love to visit again. we had a balcony view room with a personal lobby area as well. Thank you
