Love staying here. Very central and great if you like to run along the Torrens. The rooms are always immaculate and the service is great. The breakfast at the cafe downstairs has wonderful avocado on toast.

Expensive but good.

Today I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Rohit at the front desk, and I honestly can’t put into words how much of an impact he had on my experience. From the moment I arrived, he was so kind, warm, and genuinely present. He didn’t just do his job, he took the time to really connect, to listen, and to make me feel seen and welcomed. It’s rare to come across someone who carries themselves with such authenticity and care. His customer service was not only exceptional, but heartfelt, and it truly made my day. People like Rohit are what turns a stay into something memorable. And while the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, it’s people like him who make it feel special. Thank you, Rohit, you are an incredible human and a true asset to this hotel.

Great view, good location. Room very spacious with a clean bathroom. Late night service is very good if you're looking for a quick snack while doing late night work. Rohit from concierge did a great job.

Absolutely stunning suite and a gorgeous hotel. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not. Here’s why - 1. Terrible room service food. Worst ‘cheeseburger’ I’ve ever had, ravioli was bland and all stuck together in clumps, beef carpaccio was awful - layered with so much grated cheese (and not even the nice sharp shavings of pecorino, it was covered in dry grated cheese like the Kraft stuff you buy off the shelf) that it was so dry and tasteless I couldn’t eat it. 2. It was 7pm and I was woken up by a rude maid who had entered my room to clean. At 7pm at night!! She woke my baby up and as I stumbled out of bed to the doorway with a crying baby, she proceeded to argue with me saying she knocked 3 times and she always cleans the rooms at this time and then go on about me needing to put on the do not disturb sign. I told her that’s ridiculous and asked her to leave as she had just woken myself and my baby - she ignored me (didn’t even apologise) and continued arguing her point about the sign and then proceeded TO TRY TO INTERACT WITH MY BABY. Seriously just apologise and leave! I’ve stayed in many hotels and never once had to put the do not disturb sign on at 7pm at night when I’m minding my own business and enjoying the room I paid for. Absurd. I don’t need folded toilet paper at 7pm. 3. Upon checking out the staff don’t print off an itemised list for you to check, they just charge your card and THEN ask you if you want a receipt. Terrible - an itemized list should be given at first instance, of course I want to check the additional charges and lucky I did because I was over charged! ITL had charged me all these weird amounts for additional items when these were actually ‘sides’ but depending on which wait staff you got depended on how this appeared on the bill. EOS removed these for me apart from $17 which I did not have the energy to explain because checking out had now taken close to 30 mins and my baby was getting unsettled. 4. On the tablet in the room it says minibar is complimentary for the oasis suite. Lucky I called the concierge to check as only the snacks were complimentary for the first night and not replenished. This needs to be transparent in the room details on the tablet so guests can make informed choices without having to call concierge to clarify. 5. The high chair at ITL is not fit for purpose and not safe for a child let alone a baby. There is no harness and the strap literally just drapes over the legs with no strapping in whatsoever. Recommend removing these immediately. 2 positives I have to mention - 1. Thank you to the one incredible maid who came to make the bed on the Sunday morning so we could dress my daughter for her christening. She was sleeping and he literally was quiet as a mouse and whispered to us ensuring not to wake the baby. Thank you for being so kind and considerate and lovely! 2. The breakfast at ITL was absolutely delicious. Easily the best eggs Benedict I’ve ever had and the oats were also delicious! Just please ensure the staff are all consistent with how ‘sides’ are charged on the bill, and please please remove those ‘high chairs’ and get proper ones with an actual proper harness.

The only thing extraordinary about this room is the price. Mediocre layout, facilities, service, and to top it all off the water pressure in that oh so large shower is totally underwhelming. This room for the night of our wedding was a complete disappointment, if you are expecting something that reflects the price of what you are spending, go elsewhere.

Our stay at EOS Sky city was truly exceptional, largely due to the wonderful staff. For example, my wife had a medical appointment, , finding out all went well with her appointment, Avi arrived with chocolates and macarons and a personalised note, to say the least the staff went above and beyond. The room was exceptional and Spotless with a comfortable kind bed, large modern bathroom with a large bath, full mini bar with high quality drinks and condiments In room service was amazing with good portions meals.. Furthermore, the front desk team are absolutely amazing, helpful, respectable, and welcome us immediately with high standards. We highly recommend EOS sky city when staying in Adelaide. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 David and Kathleen 🙂

Excellent rooms. Very good service.

I’m extremely disappointed with our recent stay. We were charged $10 for a 400ml bottle of water, which is unreasonable at any hotel, let alone one of this standard. As a breastfeeding mother, I explained that I need to stay hydrated, yet instead of accommodating this, we were told to either go to the gym to refill our bottles or come down to reception each time. This felt incredibly inconvenient and lacking in basic care and understanding. The room service was also very disappointing — extremely overpriced and poor quality. The food was greasy and ended up making both my husband and I feel unwell, which is unacceptable. At breakfast in the downstairs café, we had an uncomfortable experience with a staff member who approached us from behind abruptly and startled us, especially while our baby was asleep. It felt unprofessional and unnecessary. What makes this more frustrating is that I’ve stayed here before and had a completely different experience, where the service was exceptional. Unfortunately, this visit did not reflect that standard at all, and based on this experience, I would not return.

The best hotel in Adelaide!! We have stayed at many now, and this one is by far the best all round. The rooms are so spacious & modern. They smell fresh and clean, the room keeping is top notch. Our room felt like no one had ever stayed there. Food was delicious at both the hotel & room service. Customer service was also top notch. It is an expensive stay but honestly for this standard of a hotel, you don’t mind. Will definitely return.
