Service: Can’t find anything to complain about really but at the same time wasn’t super friendly. Kitchen staff were better than the male receptionist. Room: Really nice and modern designs with clean bathrooms. Walls could be a little bit more clean as we found cobwebs and dust at multiple places. All in all, very very worth it for the price we paid. Less than $200 a night for a family suite and a delicious dinner. Food: Dinner was exceptionally good and authentic for a thai restaurant. Portions were much bigger than expected too at a really good price for a resort/hotel. Massive appreciation to Chef Bank for being incredibly talented and all round great. Continental breakfast was not the worst but nothing much to compliment about. Best part of our breakfast was the granola. Not much of a variety too. Misc: The heated pool would be better if the temperature was a little higher but it’s just a small thing.

I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent experience at Eden Oak. I found some of the reception staff to be unapproachable, and the way they spoke to customers came across as rude. When guests raise concerns or make requests, they should be treated respectfully and spoken to in a professional manner. In our case, we asked if it was possible to extend our stay for a few more hours. Instead of discussing the matter politely and privately, the response was given in front of other guests, which made us feel uncomfortable. The way the information was communicated seemed dismissive rather than helpful. I would also like to mention that there was no dental kit available in the room. While I understand that amenities may vary, it would be helpful if guests were informed in advance or if basic items such as a dental kit could be made available upon request. I hope this feedback can be taken into consideration to improve customer service and ensure all guests feel respected and valued.

First impressions was made by when I called up to organise late check in. The staff were extremely helpful and couldn't have come across more preoffesional. I then had to change dates the same day of my accomodation because my surgery had been postponed and again, the staff were nothing but helpful and were more than happy to change the date. My partner checked in alone because my surgery came up early and they also made that a breeze even though the booking was in my name and then the facilities and room were fantastic on top of that. If I ever need to go to Geelong again this is exactly where I'll go.

This accommodation's seclusion is also it's down side ... a bit too far away to walk to restaurants but it has a lovely green outlook with lots of trees. Breakfast was included for us; it was giving mid 80s vibes, with packet pancakes and dairy whip cream. But the toast, eggs and bacon were fine, along with a basket of fruit and juices.
