Tunnel Urban Retreat

A lovely hotel! We loved the set up of the 3 bedrooms - gave us our own space whilst sharing a room. The staff are wonderful , very helpful and kind. Location is fab, just a very short walk (5mins) to plenty of restaurants. Beds were comfortable, breakfast tasty and fresh and the pool was beautiful and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay, lovely, helpful, and very kind staff. Very comfortable bed, room a little small for two with two large suitcases, very good breakfast.

We had a lovely time ar Tunnel Urban Retreat! The rooms were perfect for us, staying with two parents and two kids in a double room. The staf really makes sure you have everything you need. The pool was lovely and breakfast was excellent (not a buffet, but nice western or eastern breakfast dishes - e.g. eggs, bacon, toast etc., fried rice, or oatmeal with muesli). Unexpected extra’s were breakfast picknick bags for an early Angkor Wat visit, late check out option, and even the possibility to take a quick shower before we headed for our night journey. The location is not superb, but it’s fine. You can walk in ten minutes to the first shops and restaurants. We rented scooters, which was excellent. Or you can alwaar Grab a taxi.

Absolutely lovely staff!! Very attentive and helpful, even got me a birthday cake the day before we left even though there were still a few days until my birthday. Only slight downside was the lingering smell of drains in the bathroom. Otherwise, the central location, great pool and amazing staff were all such positives. Would 100% stay here again, my friends and I had a superb time!

Best experience with delicious breakfast and responsive customer service. Location is one kilometer away from pub street which is very accessible to many other convenient locations. By the way, I met the owner of this hotel and he is very friendly and kind.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel and in Siem Reap! We were picked up from the bus station by tuk-tuk. The service, especially from Nich, Chhiv, and our driver Natat, was very helpful. The hotel is in a quiet location, and the pool with all its plants is truly an oasis. There's a free shuttle service to the city center in the evenings. We highly recommend this hotel. The only thing is, the bathroom could be a bit bigger.
