Very nice hotel with a fun concept. Truly great staff that is very accomodating and helpful. Location is rather quiet, but still very close to the city center. Would definitely stay here again if I got the chance! We went here on a work trip and the provided conference room was excellent for collaborative work. I'd also like to give a special thank you to Chhiv and JuJu for giving us excellent service.

The location is good … out of the noise. Tuk tuks are €1 to get around. Very clean and modern. The staff are incredibly attentive. We received delicious welcome drink and fruit. The bed was comfortable. There is a kettle in the room along with a fridge and a safe. Breakfast was tasty and a variety on offer to order.

It was a great trip for me and my family, they personally us a very nice room. I get it why they call it a tunnel retreat hotel. It has great services and the staff was very kind, the only thing that I disliked was the breakfast although the complimentary banana chocolate was absolutely wonders. It was very nice sleeping and I would recommend as well as come back if I come to siem reap another time.

I'm torn between 4 and 5 stars. The hotel grounds are well-maintained and beautiful, the staff is incredibly helpful, and the included breakfast was excellent (a selection of several menus ranging from European to Asian). The room was lovely and modern, and a huge plus for me: the air conditioning doesn't blow directly onto the bed, but indirectly into the room ❤️ So why am I deducting a star? Because there was no hot water in the shower, and this wasn't mentioned anywhere beforehand. If you wanted to warm up after a refreshing dip in the rather cold pool, you were in for an unpleasant surprise. However, since everything else was so impressive, I can't bring myself to deduct a star and am giving it 5 stars.
