Great location and great service

We stayed one night on the 44th floor in a corner suite. All around, the entire experience delivered -- they never missed a beat. Our view was incredible -- the motorized floor to ceiling blackout blinds opened revealing a panoramic view of Shinjuku and its surroundings. The room and amenities were top notch. The service was excellent. We could hear train/metro noise from our suite but it didn't bother us at all. Highly recommended.

Best accommodation in Tokyo! I'm a huge fan of GHA and Bellust! Titanium members get complimentary breakfast, which is à la carte but you can add more – and the quality is excellent! There's a lounge-like area on the 46th floor with drinks and various snacks. The bar on the first floor is also a highlight; we had two amazing lattes there during our stay – highly recommend it! Buying D$ items during a sale and using them as a discount on your room rate makes it even better value!

We stayed in this incredible $22K-per-night room(Penthouse sora)! The view was absolutely breathtaking — we could see almost all of Tokyo from the room. The entire space was beautifully designed with high-end Italian brand furniture from Alfrex, creating an incredibly sophisticated and elegant atmosphere. Staying in such a refined environment was truly an unforgettable experience. The hotel staff and butlers provided exceptional service with the highest level of professionalism, making our stay even more special. It was truly a remarkable experience.

An unforgettable stay in Shinjuku. Stunning skyline views, elegant minimalist design, exceptional service, and one of the most relaxing hotel bathrooms I’ve ever experienced. Soaking in the bathtub while overlooking Tokyo after a full day of exploring was pure bliss. If you’re looking for a luxury hotel that perfectly balances convenience and tranquility, BELLUSTAR Tokyo is worth every penny. I can’t wait to come back.

Amazing stay for one week. Service impeccable. 10 out of 10. Location near Shinjuku station 10 min walk was perfect and central to all metro and JP lines. Rooms pristinely clean, spacious and amazing views. Bar on 45th floor great. There are cheaper options but you get what you pay for—and still reasonable price compared to other 5-stars in Tokyo. (Don’t stay in Shabuya if you aren’t prepared to deal with the insanely overwhelming crowds) Be aware that the Bellustar is near train tracks on one side and the somewhat seedy Kabukicho district on the other. The train wasn’t bad at all as you are so high up. Easy to avoid Kubukicho district enter and exit on Shinjuku side.

Absolutely 10/10 all round for service, facilities, location. Staff were so nice and helpful and made us feel right at home. We stayed 7 nights and will definitely be back if we ever come to Tokyo. Location is very central always something to see and close to Shinjuku station.

Our family had an incredible stay at this hotel. It is close to transit and many restaurants. The rooms are large and you are provided with every single thing you would need from pajamas to toothpaste, hairbrush and bottled water. The service is outstanding. The lobby is comfortable. The bar and restaurant are beautiful. It has a fantastic view. The drinks are the best in town! You should stay here!!

If I could give this hotel more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. This was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, every single staff member was incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely kind. Their hospitality wasn't just polite—it felt sincere. I was traveling alone with my young child, who is unable to walk, so every little bit of help made a huge difference. The staff consistently assisted with our luggage, helped us get to the airport bus, and made sure everything was taken care of so I could focus on my child. Their kindness and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful trip feel easy and enjoyable. One thing I especially loved was the complimentary drink bar in the lobby. Every time we passed through, whether we were coming back to the hotel, heading out, or even after we had already checked out, the staff would warmly offer us a complimentary drink. It was such a thoughtful touch that made us feel genuinely welcomed until the very last moment. The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning. Being on the upper floors, the scenery was breathtaking both during the day and at night. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. Everything was delicious, especially the Eggs Benedict, which was one of the best I've had. The quality and variety of the breakfast exceeded my expectations. Because I was traveling alone with my child, I wasn't able to dine in the hotel's restaurants and only ordered room service, which was good but not the highlight of my stay. However, judging by the exceptional quality of everything else, I'm sure the restaurants are just as outstanding, and I would love to try them on my next visit. It is rare to find a hotel where every single person makes you feel so genuinely cared for. This hotel didn't just provide a place to stay—it gave me peace of mind during our trip. I truly can't thank the entire team enough. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to my friends and family, and the next time I visit Japan, I honestly wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Very nice hotel and polite staffs. Everyone is friendly and pay attention to details. If you book through Chase Edit hotels, you get free breakfast for 2 and $100 credit for kids. This hotel allows kids under 12 stay for free. Chase booking is eligible for late check out (4pm) as well. I love the western breakfasts here (as early as 7am). If you order in-room breakfast, you will get traditional meal but it takes longer (8am). Both rooms and restaurants have nice view. There is a lounge on 46th floor open from 8am-8pm with free drink and snack. Thank you for calling taxi for us, the driver is top notch and the fee is the same as GO app. Location is walkable to Shinjuku station but might far if you exit the wrong exit. East exit is closest to the hotel. There are taxi stands near east/west exit. You can also take limousine bus from Narita airport which will drop you off in front of kabukicho tower. This tower has both Groove and Bellustar hotels. Location is near so many bars and there are many drunkers on the streets in the early morning. Its cool to see night light of Japan but some family with kids might not like the location.
