Our room was on the 41st floor, and the view was amazing. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was great, with plenty of taxis in front of the hotel. I really enjoyed the breakfast.

Exquisite, high end hotel. The view from the 40th floor, where our room was, is out of this world. Great service, great food. Nothing negative, in our experience.

This is a high-rise hotel with stunning views, located in the bustling Kabukicho district of Shinjuku. The entrance is somewhat discreet on the first floor, leading to the hotel reception on the 18th floor, and then to the guest rooms on floors 4x. The lobby design and fragrance were quite impressive, with its wabi-sabi style and calming color scheme. The rooms' interiors and spaciousness, combined with the unforgettable nighttime views, made it truly memorable. During my three-day, two-night trip, I pre-shipped two suitcases to the hotel (from another hotel, Nohga, which was also satisfactory). The hotel staff were polite, efficient, and friendly. I was particularly impressed by the tall, foreign men who greeted us on the first and 18th floors. Also, the housekeeping staff deserve high praise! It was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely choose Bellust again next time!

BELLUSTAR TOKYO is a stylish luxury hotel with impressive view over Tokyo. The hotel is located high above Kabukicho, so even though the area outside is very busy, the atmosphere inside feels calm and separated from the city. The guest room was spacious, modern and comfortable. Large windows give a beautiful view, especially in the evening when the city lights come on. The design is simple and sophisticated, although some parts of the room felt little bit dark for my personal taste. The bed was comfortable and the room was kept very clean. Service was polite and professional. The staffs were helpful when needed, but the overall experience felt more private and quiet rather than warm and personal. Check-in was smooth, and the hotel never felt too crowded during my stay. The location is convenient for exploring Shinjuku, with many restaurants, bars and shops nearby. However, the surroundings can be quite lively and sometimes chaotic, so it may not be suitable for everyone. Once you enter the hotel, it feels completely different and much more peaceful. 眺めがとてもきれいでした。Overall, BELLUSTAR TOKYO is a good choice for travelers who want modern design, privacy and panoramic city views. The room and atmosphere were enjoyable, although I think the strongest point of this hotel is definitely the view and unique location.

Amazing service from the staff. The rooms were well equipped and incredibly clean, though the hardware felt a touch cheaper than that of other hotels at a similar price point. The breakfast was decent, but the coffee wasn’t good (it was too bland/watered down). The location has its pros and cons, but getting a taxi without a prior reservation was difficult due to the lack of a proper hotel drop-off area.
