Good location, nice restaurant. Found the rooms pretty spacious and clean despite its battered furniture.I enjoyed my stay there.

I definitely suggest you come and try Buffet Dinner 🍽️ Personally, I love the Lamb curry and Peshawar 🫓 naan; it's so good you'll keep coming back for more 🤤, and it draws in repeat 🔁.

Chuan Spa used to be the most elite spa in auckland. Boy has it gone down hill unfortunately like most establishments post covid - services has really dropped. I paid $350 for a two hour spa treatment which consisted of a basic 40min massage, a pedicure (literally file and paint) and a facial with no steam or machines just product. I’ve loved chuan spa for years but will not be returning

Stayed with 7 year old grandson for two nights. Clean, comfortable, lovely extra touches. Both enjoyed the art work around the hotel and the pool and spa. The staff were excellent from the front desk to the concierge, to the staff at Eight Restaurant. The staff were proactive in managing a family group of children at the pool and the sudden jam up of cars at check in time. The Super Shuttle Driver commented that the staff at the Cordis were always good from his point of view when he was picking up and dropping off passengers.There has been plenty written about the buffet breakfast...marvellous and the staff were great and so nice. Thanks to the man in charge this Friday and Saturday morning and if you can pass it on...yes we did get to the zoo. . ( Tip....pass on to front desk that you can only use one credit card per person on the Auckland buses. I couldn't pay using my card for myself AND grandson to go to Kelly Tarltons..the driver was pedantic about this). Many thanks for a lovely stay.

Good location. Staff were lovely. Great facilities and theres relatively cheap parking nearby.

Beautiful, spacious rooms. Perfect if you need some space! Location is very hilly to keep you fit but taxis always outside the lobby make it easy to get to appointments when walking is not an option.

Highly recommend using their lounge option
