Mei the Receptionist was very kind as to check us in and elaborate to my mother and I on the possible attractions within the area and was very professional throughout the whole process.

I didn't have high expectations as it was a standard room, but it was well-maintained, the bed was spacious, and the separate shower room without a bathtub was practical and convenient. Perhaps unique to New Zealand, a $50 deposit was requested in addition to the already paid accommodation fee. I went through the process of paying by card, and was told that it would be released after checkout if there were no problems. My questions were answered politely. The panel heater wasn't too dry, and I slept comfortably. The location is very close to the bus center, and there are many supermarkets and takeaway shops nearby, making it a highly satisfying hotel.

The room is tidy and clean. However, the internet is slow. You have to connect every now and then.

Good hotel in Auckland near the CBD. Location is great, just a quick walk and you are the waterfront and in downtown Auckland. Service was really awesome. Well explained and we felt welcome from the start. Just 30$ to park your car for the night and for 15$ if you want to park your car until 6pm after checkout. Definitely worth it. The breakfast was really good as well, not the biggest buffet but definitely a good choice of food and drinks. Tasty as well! The room is quite spacious and a big bed and comfortable as well. TV working good as well. The bathroom could use a makeover but that’s the only thing to mention “negative”. All in all a really good hotel for the price, location and services!

The hotel was very clean and welcoming. I also had breakfast, which was very good. It would have been nice to have fried eggs or omelets, as they only offered scrambled eggs. :) Otherwise, everything was good. The staff was super friendly. I had to leave early in the morning and asked for a boxed breakfast, which was prepared perfectly and was very good. The advantage is that the hotel is located near the CBD, allowing you to explore the surrounding area on foot. 🙂 I recommend it! ^^
