Stayed in the fable in Christchurch and Dunedin and they are miles apart. This one had bored staff and unkept rooms. The gym is a joke and breakfast was plain.

Top place for a business stay. Quality. Quiet. Concierge staff super helpful. One of my best business trip stays from across in New Zealand.

Had a nights stay, the rooms were adequate nothing flash. We ate at the restaurant onsite. I ordered the lamb and hubby had the beef cheek. We ended up swapping as for me the lamb was too undercooked. I had the panna cotta for desert which was a little disappointing the flavours were great but the execution wasn’t fantastic, did t look like a panna cotta

Me and my friend stayed here for one night and someone knocked the door and tried to open the door directly without permission. We were sleeping at that time, if I didn’t lock the buckle on the door the guy was supposed to come in directly . I reflected what was happened in the morning to the manager of the hotel and she just said there is no CCTV and no room door swipe records, that’s it. This is how they solve the security problem for there guests. We are two female and I can’t imagine what will happen if I didn’t lock the door. The hotel told me they can’t do anything even no compensation. I won’t be stay at here anymore.
