415 Marine Parade

We loved our stay at 415 Marine Parade! Tom and Esther were wonderful and generous hosts. The boutique Inn is centrally located and across the street from the ocean. Amazing views! Tom and Esther were very helpful with recommendations and we loved the 5pm Happy Hour where we got to socialize with them and other guests. Breakfast was outstanding as well. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay. It has been our favorite place as we have traveled through Australia and New Zealand. We didn't want to leave and would definitely come back next time we make it to New Zealand.

An oasis of warmth and a beautiful house. The two owners are helpful and friendly from the moment we open the door until our departure, and they love to pamper their guests. We had a very large, lovely room at the back. Everything you would expect in a 5-star hotel was provided. At 5:00 pm, the hosts invite guests to a shared aperitif with canapés, if they wish. We were also kindly driven to our dinner, which we thought was wonderful. Breakfast with the other guests at the large family table (for 5 rooms) is enriching, as everyone can share stories from their New Zealand trip and inspire one another. We enjoyed having breakfast outside on the terrace. It's a little idyll with a herb garden, large sunshades or umbrellas, and comfortable chairs. When we went to bed, a small carafe of red wine was waiting for us in the room as a nightcap. We can highly recommend this house – thank you, Ester and Tom, for these two wonderful days with you. You are fantastic hosts!

Esther and Tom are incredible hosts. They make you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in the door. We miss their homemade breakfasts every day!

My husband and I recently stayed at 415 Marine Parade and had a wonderful experience. This charming boutique B&B blends charm and character with modern comfort, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor is beautifully curated, and our room was cozy, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully furnished with luxurious touches like fresh flowers and high-quality linens. The service was outstanding including personalized recommendations from the Esther and Tom who made us feel truly cared for. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious, locally sourced options served in a cozy dining room. Every detail was meticulously attended to. They have thought of everything! For the exceptional quality, service, and comfort, this property offers great value. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay again if we ever find ourselves in Napier.

My wife and I came to Napier for a ‘Wine holiday’ to visit the vineyards in the local area. We chose 415 because of its high reviews on google and trip advisor… It was awesome, the rooms have been beautifully renovated and very warm when it was only 1 degree outside. The location was great, close to restaurants and easy to find on the main beach road. Our hosts Tom & Esther were great company helping us find the vineyards we wanted to visit and guide us away from some we didn’t know were closed. Cooked a great breakfast too!

Cant thank you enough for taking me and my wife to Te Mata Peak and recommending us places to visit. The e-bikes were also amazing!! Stunniing place fabulous hosts, highly recommended.

Definitely a 5* Heritage Boutique Hotel.The sort of place you dream of staying at. A beautiful building with a view to the ocean, and it doesn’t disappoint once inside. A lift for tired legs and luggage.Super comfortable beds with crisp white linens & fluffy towels,l’occitane soaps and unguents. Our hosts made us a delicious breakfast and advised us on the sites of Art Deco Napier. The best hotel we have stayed in on holiday in NewZealand. Esther & Tom couldn’t have been anymore helpful.

Lovely place to stay with the best hosts. The rooms were superb with views out from the balcony to the ocean. Plenty of eateries nearby and only a short stroll to the city center / shops. Tom and Esther are wonderful hosts. I will be back.

I loved this place from the second I walked in the door. The owners are terrific hosts and the suite i stayed in was calm, beautifully decorated and had a bed I didn't want to get out of. Handy to have 2 usb charging ports either side of the bed at table height. Definitely going back.
