Located at the edge of town with the Esplanade across the road; premise was quieter than most other🥰 Easy and lovely walk to town and shops; really happy with our choice of accommodation.

Stayed here for what was meant to be one night and ended up staying for six nights! The owners and staff were friendly, efficient, and easy to deal with. The cleaners did a great job servicing our room each day. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, the bed was warm and very comfortable, and we loved the spa bath. The mini bar is great, very tempting though! It’s also really handy having the restaurant downstairs, and if you’re looking for a nice place to stay then this is definitely one of the best along Marine Parade. The only thing I could fault was the WiFi, which was sometimes a bit laggy or would occasionally disconnect, although I’m not sure if that was due to the bad weather or an ongoing issue. I worked here a few years back and didn’t think I’d ever be a guest, but it was great!

I stayed here on the night of 13/04/26 and checked out the next day. It was a rough night for me and I had to find a place for the night. Reception was closed when I arrived but there is a number displayed infront to contact them. Customer service was crap, no greeting and good communication. I mean you had a rough time and isn't this a place to welcome people and make them feel at home ha? The room I was given was &250.00 for the night on the ground floor which was for the disability. I'm not. Because I was desperate to find a place to stay and it was quite late I didn't look up online. I took some beverages with me unintentionally after I checked out. An hour or so later, I got a call and when I returned the call the guy just went so you took drinks with you ha? Again no greeting, politeness whatso ever common I paid &250.00 to stay there and this is what I get? I said you could have explained when I checked in and said I thought it was included. He said there's no need to bloody explain. He was being rude. I returned them and apologized and said I took them unintentionally. He had a sour face and no return apologies. The Heineken is about 28.50 for a can for goodness sake. I was refunded of the drinks but $84.00 was taken for 3 Heineken. We give you money so Improve your customer service and particularly your communication skills. It doesn't matter whether they are black or white or dressed in fancy clothes or not. Whether they booked online on walked in. We all pay. Not going there ever again. I forgot to say that I asked for wifi password and he goes it's on the board. He replied by saying it's on the board when there was nothing on the book. The alarm clock was 10am when I woke up. My phone was 09:30am. Why did you take the $84 out on top of the $250.00 or are we paying for everything in the room? Including the snacks and soft drinks? You did not say anything on check in. You won't admit to improve in your customer service and communication skills won't you?

Great facilities especially for their price point. Has a wee kitchen with good range of utilities, awesome spa bath, great balcony and view
