Disappointed with my visit is an understatement, last minute call as we had stayed before. The lady on reception was lovely, however during the night I woke with an extremely itchy head, reported this to reception to on pass to Manager. Went to chemist who advised it looked like bed bugs. Advised hotel, no contact from manager. Followed up with Manager that evening and was advised they had done a thorough clean. I took photos of the sheets, dirty towels and a welt on side of head, however management and the owner were not interested. No communication at time of incident, until I followed up.

Great place to stay, rooms generous in size, clean and well stocked with bathroom essentials. You can enter the cafe next door Ahuriri Village Kitchen through an internal door (brilliant idea) trust me you won't be disappointed if you open that door. Definitely recommend this hotel

This place is briliant. The room we were in was excellent. One cannot ask for better. Good quality beds, excellently appointed. The kitchenette is well equipped and there are excellent beverage making facilities. A good tea selection and both plunger and Nespresso coffee. The shower is perfect. Parking is superior. Secure and there are EV chargers.
