Visitors frequently praise the friendly and helpful staff, social atmosphere, and the value offered by free breakfast and evening drinks. However, some guests mention that private rooms can be noisy due to music from the bar and that insulation is poor, leading to rooms getting hot quickly.

Stayed here in January of 2023 and still think of my experience (sorry for the late review). While in El Nido I unfortunately got food poisoning. When I checked in the lovely staff saw that I was sick and immediately offered to take me to the clinic. They came to check on me multiple times, brought me food, transported me back to the hostel and wanted nothing in return. They are such kind hearted people that made me feel so cared for while solo traveling. Best hostel experience I have ever had. Highly recommend staying here!

A very simple but nice hostel, clean and with everything you need. Showers, some hot, some cold. Rooms have air conditioning (sometimes a little too cold), a safe, and curtains. There's a ping-pong table, a foosball table, and some gym equipment. Breakfast is included in the price, simple but appreciated, as is the free happy hour drinks from 7 p.m.

We stayed in a private room at the hostel for six nights. The room had a wardrobe with drawers and hangers, bedside tables, and air conditioning. The room wasn't very well insulated, so the music from the bar was always quite loud. It also got very hot in the room very quickly. The hostel has a ping-pong table, a foosball table, and plenty of seating. From 7 pm to 11 pm, there's always free rum and Coke and pomelo gin at the bar with good music. Games like Uno and Jenga are available there. Breakfast is included, but be aware that you only get two slices of toast, one egg (scrambled or fried), and a small banana for free; you have to pay for anything else. Coffee and tea are free. There's also a drinking water dispenser. Unfortunately, there were small brown bits in the water one day. When we mentioned it, it was gone the next day. You can book tours and transportation through the hostel. The service at the hostel is really great. Everyone is incredibly friendly and always happy to help! You really feel welcome. You can rent scooters right next door, and there's a grocery store. Restaurants are a 5-10 minute walk away, as is the beach. Overall, I can recommend the hostel. Just be aware of a few things.

Your typical backpacker hostel before backpacking become so mainstream. Nice place with friendly and helpful staff. I stayed 3 nights and booked with them the van to Puerto Princesa as well as the Tour A Island Hopping. Also, you can rent motorbikes next door. Mind that it I a party hostel and every night drunk British (sorry for the stereotype but once again confirmed) dudes came back loudly in the dorm. Bring earplugs lol. And note that there is not much space in the dorms.

I honestly dont understand why this hostel has such a low reviews it was one of the best hostels I stayed at in the Philippines. The staff is great, rooms are also very nice and common area is also very cool with pingpong table and some other games. To top it all off, every day you get free drinks from 7-11 which is absolutely insane. I would 100% recommend this place. Better than any other hostel in el nido
