What reviewers say

Many visitors praise the hotel's elegant and refined style, with renovated rooms described as spacious, comfortable, and well-cleaned. However, a common complaint revolves around inconsistent service, particularly with slow reception staff and issues with restaurant dining experiences, including food quality and handling of dietary needs.

I was only there for a lunch/conference. The food was awful. It's a real shame because the setting is beautiful and there's a lovely terrace. I never saw the rooms.

The reception was very friendly and spoke English. The room was up to standard. You can reach Midi in 15 minutes by tram. Wonderful parks are within walking distance.

Terrible customer service! I understand why this hotel has so few stars. We booked through Booking.com, but had to cancel our stay due to a serious hospitalization. Although Booking.com did everything possible to try and reach an agreement with the hotel, they refused any refund, even partial, as well as any rescheduling of our stay. We travel to Brussels often, and we will never book at this hotel again!

Aside from the hotel's location and the friendly staff, the rooms are dangerous. I had an accident in my room: the heavy grille on the heater door near the bed, which wasn't secured with a safety chain, fell on my knee. My knee bled profusely, and I still have a noticeable scar. I had to pay for treatment myself, which the hotel never reimbursed (despite a written guarantee that they would cover all expenses; it's shameful of the management). Beware, the rooms are dangerous, and the management is incompetent. Under no circumstances should you stay at this hotel, which completely disregards its guests and constantly has problems with unpleasant odors and heating. I strongly advise against it.
