About this place Pissouri Beach (naturist end)

Pissouri Bay is about 30 minutes west of Limassol, below the village of Pissouri. Gay travel and cruising guides list the wilder western end, away from the organised beach, as a quiet naturist stretch with some gay visitors. We have not verified current use. There are no facilities at that end, so bring water and shade. Nudity is not officially permitted in Cyprus, so keep it discreet and dress again before walking back past the main beach.

This part of the beach is quiet and requires some climbing over the rocks - some do walk up and down barefooted, but best if you can wear good sandal/aqua shoe. I brought aqua shoes - so it was a breeze to walk on rocks and pebbles. There are pockets of pebble beaches as you walk along - mostly quiet, even during weekend, it is still not as crowded as other tourist beaches. I like it I can I spend whole day here - naked, reading books, swimming and sunbathing. It is a nudist beach, FYI.

Long beach. Mostly pebbles. There are some very beautiful stones here that inspire me to create abstract paintings.
