(This refers to online orders; I've never actually been to the store 😭) I've always had great experiences so far. I'm from Munich myself, so I can only order online 🥲 but the quality is fantastic, it arrives quickly, and the people who handle the packages are super nice—you practically get showered with goodies 😭❤️ The items I ordered fit perfectly, and the cute drawings on the box are a great bonus :)

i was super excited to visit the darkstore and we came a 4,5 hour drive for the store. for those who don't know: there are 2 darkstores next to each other; a smaller and a bigger one. we went to both and i have to say the woman working in the smaller store (the left store) was SO nice and wholesome. shopping there was so much fun, she was very kind and also told us about the sales, how to get the 5% off at the end, gifted us stickers with our purchase, yapped with us, etc. it was a very memorable experience. afterwards we went to the bigger store (the right store) and it already started weirdly. i went to pick a leather jacket, tried it on and wanted to check myself in the mirror; an eldery lady came up to me and told me in a very rude way that i cannot leave the hanger of the jacket at the rack and that i always have to take it out or there will be consequences (which is fine, if that is your rule, just tell people in a nicer way?) i then ended up choosing a pair of shoes and a bag, which a man brought to the register for me so i could still look around. we then saw the accessories section; i was interested in the rings that were also stored at the checkout, but my items (the shoes and the bag) were placed on top of the ring section so we couldn't see everything. my mom then gently pushed my chosen bag and shoes to the side and the cashier lady glanced at her as if my mom just commited a crime. i swear, i have never seen someone looking at another person in such a disgusted and judging way. she even pulled the things away from my mom as if she was disgusted by my mom getting in touch with it. it may sound less worse than it actually was, but it really bothered me that someone acted like this with my mom when we just wanted to explore their products. i then said "oh it's fine, these are my items anyway" so she wouldn't think we were moving other peoples stuff away or whatever the hell she was thinking, but she didn't even reply to me and just turned away. it created a really unwelcoming feeling at the store. i think it's very rude to obviously judge people with your gaze like that, also when my mom and i did nothing serious. i do work in retail too and i would never treat a customer like that for no reason. i've read other reviews too and realized that more people seemed to have the same experience with this woman, which i think is a very sad thing. i hope in the future other customers will be treated nicer. i really loved the store and it was like a little paradise product wise, but i will not come back there again. i hope everyone else has a better experience there or visits the store on a day where the cashier lady is on vacay. :)

Oooh, how amazing, the package I got today! Decorated on the outside with writing and drawings, inside there are lots of great cards and stickers, a business card, sweets, and little bat confetti!!! <3 Omg, I'm so incredibly excited. Oh yeah, and the patent leather pants are great too :)

Cute selection, though it doesn’t quite pop like it does online—most items overlap with similar stores, but hey, what can you do :) Overall, a nice place with friendly staff and neatly packed goods.

A great selection for both women and men. The advice was really excellent and helpful.

Staff was super nice except for the cashier lady, maybe find some joy in your life instead of sigh to tourists, this is the type of stuff that makes you not wanting to return as a customer, so to the older lady: stop acting as if you were hell sent

It was my first time in the store, and unfortunately, I didn't feel welcome at all. The vibe was totally off… The employee who was with the skirts practically snatched the skirt out of my hands—the one I was looking at and about to put back (in the same spot)—saying, "That doesn't belong there." The next time I was there, she told me to hand over anything I touched. What's not to take personally? I did end up buying something, but I don't think I'll be back. What a shame… They do have a nice selection of tops and pants, but the quality, especially of the tops and jewelry, isn't great in some places.

The intern that works here is super nice! Had a lovely experience with them. I was so exited to visit here as I'm a huge fan of alternative clothing. They do make it very very clear you are being watched, you aren't allowed to take your bag into the shopping room (which is totally valid), but there were 3 employees at all times watching us, and it felt a little akward. The quality of some of their items feels seriously cheap tho, especially for the price. Overal it was a pretty good experience. They have a sale and secondhand store aswell where the prices were much more reasonable
