A very charming club in the basement, with a diverse selection of events, always very friendly and helpful staff, and a varied and sometimes genuinely chatty crowd – I'd love to come back again and again! Wheelchair users receive excellent support – no excessive special treatment, you're simply one of many guests. Great!

So, about a week ago I wanted to go to that club because I was on vacation in Cologne, but I wasn't allowed in because of my regular Nike zip-up vest. The bouncer told me, "You're not coming in here, you're dressed too casually." And I was wearing nice, normal shoes and jeans, so I think that's completely unacceptable, especially since they don't seem to have a dress code anywhere. I'll never go there again, but I recommend the Klappsmühle across the street. It's great and really good value for money. 👍🏻 Plus, the bouncers there are much friendlier and not so arrogant.

That's very bad, they charge you an extra €10 on top of the entrance fee even if you don't buy anything, that's not legal.

A total of €24 was spent for a mediocre party due to a minimum consumption rule of €10 (which was not mentioned when purchasing tickets from the party organizer) - resulting in €7-8 more being spent than expected.

I don't know which DJ you kidnapped from Spain, but playing ONLY Spanish songs isn't really the point; after an hour I got fed up with hearing the same one over and over again.

Absolutely not recommended. We were alerted to this by a social media video claiming that simply adding our names to the guest list would grant us free entry. The advertisement even suggested this would apply to groups of up to five people. However, the reality on the ground was quite different. Upon entering the club, we informed them that we were on the guest list. We were then directed to another counter where each of us had to pay €10. We were explicitly told that this was a minimum spend. We were also each given a card to be used for any further expenses within the club. A short time later, two friends and I briefly left the club to smoke a cigarette outside. At the exit, we were again asked to hand over our cards and pay another €10. When we pointed out that we had already paid this amount at the entrance and had been told it was a minimum spend, they suddenly claimed that the first €10 was the entry fee. When we calmly and objectively tried to clarify this misunderstanding and pointed out that, according to the guest list, no cover charge should have been charged at all, the bouncers reacted extremely unprofessionally. Instead of a normal resolution, we were ultimately, in some cases violently, removed from the club. The subsequent treatment outside the club was particularly disappointing: Our jackets were practically thrown at us, accompanied by the statement that they would "not discuss it." Only after we called the police was the situation resolved properly. Thanks to the officers' assistance, we received the €10 that had been wrongly demanded back. The mere fact that the police were necessary to facilitate a reasonable discussion speaks volumes. Anyone who values ​​respectful treatment, professional staff, and transparent communication should think carefully before visiting this club. Never again.
