rubicon e.V. is Cologne's main LGBTIQ+ community and counselling centre, on Rubensstraße near Rudolfplatz. It offers advice and psychosocial support, coming-out and youth work, programmes for LGBTIQ+ seniors, and a busy calendar of groups and social events.
