Not even worth one star

This place might be unsafe. We only stayed one night and woke up to bedbug bites. The bed was infested with them. I'm afraid we brought them home. I recommend avoiding this place. We made a mistake not checking the reviews on Google Maps; I'm not the first to write about this issue. Apparently, the hotel administration and management company don't care about the current state of the hotel.

A pleasant hotel to stay in. The city center is within walking distance.

The lobby and the pictures of the rooms are old. Everything is run-down. The shower fixture is loose, the floor in the room is full of holes, and the rooms smell musty. Never again. No parking on site – only on the street (very difficult since many people live there). 15 minutes costs €1. 😂

This morning at breakfast, a silverfish fell into the toaster... The beds, service, and rooms are absolutely terrible!!! Luckily, I had my own towels with me.... The location is right in the heart of the LGBTQ+ hotspot, which I, as a straight person, have experienced firsthand... I definitely cannot recommend this hotel!!!

The breakfast was really great, with a good selection. However, the check-in and check-out times were incorrect; you should check the website. The room had no air conditioning, no safe, and the furniture was old.

My experience at this hotel was, without a doubt, one of the worst I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, the service was poor and left much to be desired. The room did not meet the cleanliness and maintenance standards one expects when paying for accommodation. The staff showed no interest in resolving the issues we raised, and the feeling was one of complete indifference towards the guests. The value for money is very poor, and in my opinion, this hotel does not live up to the expectations it creates. I would not recommend it, and I certainly would not stay here again. I hope the management takes steps to improve, because currently the experience is far below acceptable standards. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the service was disappointing, and the staff showed little interest in helping or resolving our concerns. The room did not meet basic standards of cleanliness and maintenance, making our stay very uncomfortable. For the price we paid, the quality was far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I certainly would not stay here again. I sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes significant improvements, because the current level of service is simply unacceptable.
