Super
As soon as you enter the Apollo Sauna, you sense a special, nostalgic atmosphere. Far from the hustle and bustle of larger, more exclusive saunas, the Apollo Sauna captivates you with its magical, familiar, and inviting atmosphere, just like in times gone by. It welcomes you with a warmth reminiscent of classic saunas and exudes a rustic charm that makes it unique and welcoming. Equipped with a steam sauna, dry sauna, relaxation and recreation cabins, a bar with a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and small snacks if you're hungry—all at reasonable prices—it's frequented by a crowd of all ages, international and otherwise, and above all, very interesting! Since Marc and Andreas took over, the sauna is flooded with light and no longer as dark as it once was. The staff is efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to chat with customers above the bar, ensuring a truly unique and pleasant experience. I will definitely be back soon! Highly recommended! Greetings to all the staff from Hamburg. ENNIO (regular customer).
A classic gay sauna that (thankfully) doesn't offer "mixed days." It stays open later on Thursdays and is open all day on weekends. The entrance fee is relatively inexpensive, and the staff is very friendly. I don't particularly like the decor (a bit old-fashioned, with blankets, cushions, and sofas everywhere—it doesn't really suit a sauna, in my opinion). The bar is more of a passageway between the entrance and the changing rooms (it would be better if the bar and changing areas were swapped, but that's probably not so easy to implement). The steam room is unfortunately too small. The clientele is mostly over 50/60, but that's not a criticism. I'll probably come back again at a later date; perhaps there will be some improvements by then.
…relaxed and welcoming… ✨🏳️🌈✨ …spacious relaxation rooms, massages, wellness treatments, and opportunities to connect. The spaciousness of the rooms and, in particular, the friendliness of the staff are very pleasant. Hygiene is a priority. Towels and slippers are provided. Easily accessible near Sternschanze or via bus line 15, Schulterblatt stop.
Yesterday was my first time at the sauna and I had a great experience! 😁 I received a warm welcome at the entrance, and because I'm very outgoing, I immediately cracked a joke 🤣. I was shown around the bar area and the changing room with the lockers was explained to me... what can I say 🤪 there are still old-fashioned lockers! 🤭 Awesome! 🤪 The room itself has a rather unique architecture, not square for once. Down the stairs is paradise! 🤭 I wish there had been a bit more light, and unfortunately, the sauna is in the basement of the existing building, which means there are steps and limited headroom. Not a big deal in itself, but when I was standing on the second step of the sauna and there was a handsome man... my headroom vanished! 👀 The facilities offer plenty of options for both "work" and relaxation 😇. The sauna is definitely well-equipped for both "work" and relaxation 😇. There's a TV with work-related films and news channels, so "Uncle Pu..." should be doing something new, you can quickly make the most of your time 🍆🥑 I didn't check out the smoking room 🫣 The friendly, handsome guy at the bar is great and I liked the construction area 🙃. I noticed that many of the guests knew each other and had a familiar voice. Personally, I would have preferred someone younger, but maybe next time 🤣 All in all, I'll be back 😘
Guys here don't beat around the bush!!! Maybe in less than 10 minutes after I arrived, I went to order a beer and guy that was watching TV came to the bar area to ask for water, while doing clear attempts to make eye contact with me. Let's say he wasn't just thirsty for water 😏! Some time later, I went to sauna session and the guy in front of me smiled at me, and as soon as the guy next to me left the room, he sat next to me and proceeded to gently, yet rough enough, touched my back. I was attracted by his sculpted chest, but then by his manly hot way to take it!!!
