Hotel LIHO... einfach Lübeck

Really nice hotel. Very clean rooms, with what you need. Good beds. Well assorted breakfast buffet. The possibility to book parking in the garage, with easy access (cost extra). Short walk from altstadt. Very friendly personell.

A very nice, family-friendly hotel with a lot of personality and considerably more charm than many standard chains. We had the "children's room with parents' sleeping accommodation," which is a really great solution for traveling with a child. It's clear that the hotel has thoughtfully considered the needs of families in many ways. We particularly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, the good breakfast with its uncomplicated vegan options, and the overall very friendly team. The location is also better than we initially expected: quiet, yet you can still reach the old town very quickly. However, one significant point of criticism remains: the checkout process. Despite having already made a prepayment, the stay was charged again, even though I had explicitly pointed out that, to the best of my recollection, I had already paid in full in April. Instead of carefully checking this immediately, the payment was initiated again. The error was only corrected afterward, following my own review of my documents and several emails. Especially with such crucial matters as prepayments, I would have expected a more thorough on-site check.

A very comfortable and well-maintained hotel. Central location, everything within walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff. I felt right at home and would gladly return.
