Overall, the hotel was very pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's worth choosing the half-board option because the dinners were exceptional! The rooms were decent, although there was a sewer smell that spoiled the overall experience. Munis for allowing non-hotel guests into the pool area. It gave the impression of a public pool.

I have nothing else to say, only this. Don’t believe the pictures on booking, the hotel only looks nice from the front, the rooms are nothing like the pictures, very overpriced and they didn’t want to settle for at least some kind of refund. Did not stay there more than an hour after checking in, the rooms that we tried to stay in were a bit dirty, old and not comfortable at all. I feel that I can confidently say that it is a scam, with AI pictures made to believe that the rooms look inviting and pleasant when in fact they are not. At all. Very dissapointed, the nice gentleman who works in recepcion was very kind and friendly but I could just sense something was off when we came in the hotel and I was right. Save yourself the money (it’s not even cheap) and just do a thorough research on your staying (which clearly we didn’t do an enough good job).

Cretan hospitality was totally reflected here at Georgia's Garden HOTEL. Rooms are clean, cleaned daily, towels changed, special reception. Restaurant: delicious food, exceptional even, very diverse. A pleasant experience. Close to the beach. 30 meters. The street is limited in meaning, only those who supply enter, therefore very quiet. The hotel is for families with children. It has its own garden, literally, with lemon, oleander, etc. Its own swimming pool. The staff is very hospitable, quiet, in silence without many waves provides almost everything that is needed. We had paid for the evening meal included. Usually... I couldn't take it. It was too much... I abandoned it for dessert...

A superb hotel with lots of charm, impeccable cleanliness, and lovely, friendly staff who provide a truly warm welcome and are always attentive to their guests' needs. It boasts a beautiful garden with a swimming pool and a very pleasant bar. Just three minutes from a stunning beach and 10 minutes from Heraklion. I highly recommend it for couples or families; you won't regret it.

Everything was great, everything went well, we stayed for one night and could even have breakfast half an hour earlier.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The beautiful, inviting garden and bar area were particularly noteworthy, as was the friendly and attentive staff, who were always eager to make my stay enjoyable. The bathroom was modern and attractively designed. Less appealing to me were the very noisy rooms and the rather soft beds – although that's a matter of personal preference. There were also numerous pigeon droppings on my balcony, which somewhat marred the overall impression. The bathroom window couldn't be opened, which could be problematic in terms of ventilation in the long run. Nevertheless, the hotel is well-suited for one or two nights, especially due to its convenient proximity to the airport.
