Absolutely fantastic, the room was clean and functional. We stayed in the "Deluxe" suite; it's definitely better to book directly as it's cheaper than using apps. The only downside was that the double bed was actually two single beds. We still slept well, but the gap in the middle was a bit of a nuisance. I'll definitely keep this address in mind for future trips to Thessaloniki, as Irini is a very kind and helpful person. Thank you to her!

Booked the apartments on booking.com and the apartment was not as described. The description mentioned deluxe room with a living room and separate bedroom. When we arrived, it was a small studio apartment which was very dirty, dusty and the shower was very mouldy. Layers of dust on the surfaces. The sofa bed had fingernail clippings. We tried to speak to host for a refund but they refused as they blamed booking.com for the wrong description and when talking to booking.com they blamed the host. Absolutely terrible customer service from both the host and booking.com. Also viewed another room next door which was slightly bigger but was in the same state.

Horrible experience at this accomodation. When we arrived we immediately noticed the apartment was not as described at all. The pictures advertised on booking.com were decieving. The bathroom had mold, the rug was extremely dirty, there was a bad smell and we even found toe nail clippings in the sofa bed. The "Deluxe suite" was advertised as having a living room with a double sofa bed and a seperate bedroom. In actuality the sofa bed was a single and it was very cramped all in one room. When we complained to the owner of ZH Luxury suites they denied that any of the false, decieving advertising was their fault. They refused any refund at all, even though we could not stay there and had to spend even more money on a seperate accomodation. When we got in touch with Booking.com they claimed if there is a problem with the accomodation it is the owners fault and they cannot do anything about this. I've attached pictures. Terrible experience will never recommend ZH "luxury" suites or Booking.com to anyone. This room was £600 by the way.
