Everything was great. The room was fine. The bunk bed and shared toilet in the hallway were okay for one night. Centrally located and relatively inexpensive. Check-in and check-out were fantastic. Everything was done via door codes and was wheelchair accessible.

I did not stay here but had a cake from the cafe. It's a nice facility with a big lounge and plenty of fun things: a foosball table, an egg chair, a guitar. It has multiple sitting areas with comfy seats.

Great hostel in a great location. Dalur was an easy drive from KEF. Self checkin was efficient and facilities are clean and charming (in that hostel kind-of-way). Nice walking trails to the botanical garden just outside the back door, and there's an awesome swimming complex next door. Facility is several kilometers from downtown so limited restaurant options within walking distance. Would happily stay there again.
