Mercure Rome Colosseum Centre

Giorgia and Mikela were absolutely WONDERFUL! In fact, the entire hotel staff is perfect. We were very well received, and staying at the Mercure made all the difference to our honeymoon! Congratulations!!!

The rooms are small, as is common throughout Europe, but very cozy and functional. The staff are attentive and always friendly. The breakfast is good and well-prepared. The location is very good for those who want to stay near the Colosseum and with good restaurants nearby.

Overall a good stay. I booked this hotel mainly for the pool because I thought it would be nice to have a way to cool down in the heat in Rome Summer! However, the pool was packed when i went up and there were no chairs available to place my items. I think everyone has the same thinking! The pool is nice but it's not as big as I expected based on the photos. It does overlook the colosseo which i found cool. The location is great! A short walk from the colosseo. The rooms were clean, however, he bathroom was very small. Overall a good stay - clean and does the job! Good location.

Lovely stay!

This hotel just really made my stay in Rome that much more awesome. Having a pool and air-conditioning to come back to after a hot day exploring Rome's history. Ohhh did I mention the views 🤌🏼🤌🏼

Great location, 100meters from the Roman Colosseum , Amazing Breakfast , roof top bar and Swimming pool, Nice clean and comfortable room , nicely decorated , newly renovated , nice comfortable bed and bathroom.

The overall service is amazing. The rooftop bar service was spectacular.

The Mercure Roma Centro hotel was a perfect getaway! The rooms were clean and pretty spacious. There was enough space for everything, including a lot of wall sockets. The breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast and it ran for a couple of hours which was great. The rooftop bar and pool was also great. The only downsize is that the pool closes early and there’s not a lot of space due to how busy the pool does get, especially at the end of the day. Check-in was easy as well as check out and the staff were pretty kind. The only downside was the key card had to be taken to the reception multiple times since it would stop working, that would be the biggest downside of the stay. The location was perfect five minute walk to the Colosseum and 20 to 30 minutes, walking to the Trevi fountain and pantheon. Overall, I would really recommend this hotel and I’ll definitely be back.
