İSTANBLU HOTEL İZMİR

We stayed at this hotel for two nights with our family during our holiday trip to Izmir. Cleanliness and hygiene were very important to us, and it was excellent in that regard. The breakfast was also perfect and delicious.

I stayed at the hotel two nights ago, the night between Sunday and Monday. I was researching hotel prices and called the hotel around 11 PM. They quoted me 3000 TL for a single night, excluding breakfast. Then I checked another website and saw the same hotel for 1800 TL. I called again, explained the situation, and they said they would check and call me back in 5 minutes. When no one called, I called myself. A different person answered and said they didn't have any information about the price and that the nightly rate was 2000 TL. I made a reservation and went to the hotel that night. I was very happy with the hotel; it's very clean and I recommend it to everyone. The only thing that bothers me is why that person quoted such a different price. I want the management to be aware of this.

We went with a group of 13. The staff were good and helpful. We would like to thank Ms. Latife for her attentiveness and politeness in the food service department. Similarly, we would like to thank Ms. Dilek and the gentleman at reception whose name I forgot. The food was good, but we couldn't relax because of the drilling noise due to renovations; the work continued until 8 PM. The location is a bit inconvenient, but it's acceptable considering the price-performance ratio.

The location isn't great, but we liked the hotel. The breakfast was weak, but it's acceptable if you're only staying for 1-2 days. Although we requested a non-smoking room because we have a baby, the room smelled of cigarette smoke when we arrived, and there were cigarette burns on the sofa. The room itself was clean. There's a lot of noise from the street in the mornings, but the location is central.

The hotel rooms are nice, clean and tidy, but the location isn't great; it's within walking distance of the city center, which is nice. We enjoyed the breakfast.

A fantastic hotel with great value for money. We came to Izmir for a day trip, the hotel is clean and nice, and its location is right next to the train station.
