There were also complaints about misleading information regarding free parking, leading to guests receiving tickets, and poor communication from the hotel when trying to resolve issues.

If could 0 stars I would. Got a parking ticket on their free parking while staying there even though it included according to the booking.com add. Be careful with them
There lucky there getting 1 star wouldn't even give 1 star if there was an option Absolutely vile dirty smelly place booked for 2 nights and what a massive mistake this was. The smell of urine coming down the stairs from room 11... the damp on the walls the stains on the carpet 1 towel between 2 of us 1 mug not that we would even use it. Iv never felt so dirty in my life was like staying in squalor. Smashed windows mould. I can only describe this as hell 0* the curtains omg they were attached by what looked like safety pins stains on the bed. Blocked toilet.
Dallias Italian restaurant was fantastic
Disgusting old room. Dirt everywhere. Broken furniture. Best bit ? When I came to check in, doors were locked and nobody inside. I rang the number 10 times to no reply. Turns out the desk man was praying at the mosque. Took over an hour and half for him to return. Disgraceful. What other religions just leave work in the middle of a shift to pray ? Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid here trust me youd rather sleep on the floor outside.
