Hillmorton Manor
Many visitors praise the Hillmorton Manor for its excellent Sunday carvery, friendly and accommodating staff, and good value, with some highlighting its suitability for family gatherings and special events. However, some reviewers found the meat tough or fatty, vegetables undercooked, and the overall decor dated, with one guest being asked to move from their table to accommodate others. There are also conflicting reports on the quality and preparation of the food.

Visited for a wake. Staff were friendly, beer was well kept and buffet was good.
Checked on the website for opening hours, saw it was open until 7pm, so went for the Carvery, only to find it was open to residents only. Why was this information not on the website?
Excellent Sunday lunch Carvery.
Come here today for a family carvery, was absolutely lovely as always when we have been. Lovely friendly staff , great food and the lady serving the carvery was really helpful and friendly. Food was fresh and by far the best yorkies we have ever had 😋. Reasonable prices, just a really nice place to go. The only thing I would say is that it would go a long way to have the waitresses table check just incase anybody needs another drink ect… Having said that the bar isn’t far away. Thanks again.
Lovely hotel, very nice staff, food at the party was good an excellent night out. We highly recommend the Sunday carvery
