Would not stay here again. Far from clean and tidy. My friend who booked it and paid via a booking site got asked to pay again on arrival. Once home he had issues with fraudulent activity on his account and identity. Coincidence?

No star rating the rooms are dirty, staff are miserable they dont know how to clean we had to move bedrooms due to tv not working i know its 2 star hotel should be 1 really it is awful the 2nd bedroom the bathroom had mould in it no hot water cupboards falling apart, shower door broken. Wardrobe broken towel heater on full blast cant turn it off stains on carpet had mucky sheets. Carpets in corridors none existent death trap to walk on at least 12 inches of dust cracks on the celing extractor fan not working. When we asked for 2 extra pillows she pulled a face and grunted like it was a problem we had to wait over 3 hours for pillows to be sent to us the steps outside are cracked and someone could quite easly injure themselves rubbish bags everywhere outside. The list is endless I know its a 2 star I certainly wont book here again but because we was on a mission and this was closer I would NEVER recommend to anyone else. Faulty towers looks like a palace compared to this Since coming here we havent stopped scratching Couldn't post without giving a star rating but it is the worse and when we went out to eat there was no where English to eat all halal food which wasnt to our taste NEVER EVER AGAIN PLEASE AVID THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE ANG SENCE

Unfortunately they will try to get more money if there is an event, they will lie they can't accommodate the booking but in reality they just know the prices will go up due to demand for an event. Even if you book a year ahead there is no guarantee. And they will say they double booked, but if you check their website there is still availability - just at a much higher price. Avoid at all cost.
