Abbey Hotel

I had a highly satisfactory stay at this hotel. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall standard of service met a high level of professionalism. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Ms. Hanna at the reception for her exceptional professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. She handled all interactions with great care and ensured a smooth and pleasant check-in experience. Her conduct reflects positively on the hotel’s commitment to excellent guest service. I would confidently recommend this hotel and would welcome the opportunity to stay here again in the future.

Really can not fault this hotel and the price per night! I've moved out from Leicester, so seeing my friends and having somewhere clean and comfy to stay is great! Hot showers, afew towels too. Tea and coffee on the table plus TV. What else can you ask for

I was staying for 2 nights with my 5 years old child and we both love it. Great price, great location, close to shops, park and city centre. Room was clean, nice decorated and comfortable. Everything was perfect. 5 stars from us. We meet Hanna, lovely young receptionist, friendly and very helpful and also 5 stars for her🤎

Our stay was comfortable but we have been charged extra 10 £ for being late for 30 minutes due to a road accident and traffic jam which was beyond our control. This is not acceptable.

We stayed here for 2 nights. It's just fine, clean and budget friendly. Room not too big, comfortable, toiletries in small bathroom, tea/coffee maker at your disposal. Our room had a microwave and small fridge as well, but no closet. Old building, but renovated inside. City centre 5 mins by car, 20 mins walk. Beautiful park, just across the street. Nice burger restaurant in the same building! (halal). Iceland store nextdoor.

Everything OK,room nice,hotel nice,staff cordial but it is a 35 minute walk to the railway station and a little bit out of the city centre.

Basic but excellent service. The young man on reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and the location was perfect for us.

Staff really friendly and helpful. Hotel room was nice and clean. Location was perfect close to everything. Only issue we had was the smell. Smelt of mould and damp in the corridors and a little in the room we was staying in. But other than that was nice.

In all a good budget hotel. Room basic with tea and coffee facilities, fan was a bonus but no bottled water which would be a nice touch. Great shower and bed was really comfortable so I had a decent night sleep. The receptionist was lovely, very helpful and friendly. Only downside one guest had the tv on all night at a loud level which disturbed my sleep a few times, and late night passing traffic a bit noisy. I have to visit Leicester a few times a year so I will use the hotel in future.
